An ID (license, passport, state ID) is required for all tattoo & piercing appointments.
a Birth Certificate & ID is needed for any minors being tattooed or pierced + the present parents or guardians ID.
Yes, even if we have tattooed or pierced you before.
If you do not have ID or Birth Certificate for your appointment you will be rescheduled. There are no third chances.
